The ScanPro 2000 utilizes cutting edge digital technologies to bring you an exceptional
compact microform viewer, scanner, printer.
Its small form factor takes up little room on
your desktop. The ScanPro 2000 is easy to use and provides powerful features for working
with
all of your roll films, microfiche, ultra fiche, aperture cards, micro-opaque cards
and 3M-Type cartridge film. No
other scanner can do that.
No longer do you have to scan your image to see how changes in settings affect scan quality. With ScanPro 2000 TRUE-view powerful
image adjustment features like enhancement, brightness, contrast, straightening, and cropping can be applied automatically or manually.
The changes made are seen on your PC monitor. When satisfied with what you see, that is exactly what you will get when you scan, save,
or print. Users say this feature is a major time saving capability.
Exclusive TRUE-View™
The optional Auto-Scan™ Software adds a button in the standard toolbar located
on the PC monitor. While using one of the available motorized roll film carriers listed below the Auto-Scan™ Software turns the ScanPro 2000 into a stand alone, automatic and unattended microfilm scanner for your 16/35mm roll film even 3M-Type Cartridge film. Simply "Set and Forget" this easy to use, operator friendly feature. Actual scanning speed can be as high as 30 frames per minute. Realized
scan speed is contingent upon quality, denisty and physical condition of the microfilm being scanned. This feature is software based and may be added at a future date.

The ScanPro 2000 has all of the controls for working with your microfilm right on the viewing screen so that you don't have to go back and forth between the scanner, PC, and monitor when making look ups and doing research. These controls, also called "virtual controls", are large easy-to-see and easy-to use buttons that control all of features of the ScanPro 2000.
