To guarantee that you always receive the most current technology, each digital
scanner is custom manufactured to your order. We maintain no old inventory
awaitng the next sale. Therefore we can not offer product free trial periods
or equipment demonstrations. We consider all sales to be final.
However, if you determine you have ordered a specific scanner in error
we will offer to you a "full credit exchange" for another scanner, of equal
or higher dollar value to be purchased from us. All product returned under
this "full credit exchange" program, must include ALL items originally
shipped to you and be in their original condition.
To minimize errors in selection of product, please speak directly with a marketing
representative to discuss the intended usage of your selected film capture unit
and its specific computer system requirements prior to actual purchase.
All approved product returns must use the original shipping container and
packing materials. If the original packaging is no longer available, new
shipping materials will be provided to you at a nominal charge.
Digital Film Capture Units
We guarantee all equipment to function as outlined within this website. We provide
toll free telephone tech support to all clients having install or operational questions.
If you have difficulties with any of our products a trained technical staff member
will guide you through the problem via toll free telephone assistance. If the
findings of the tech support staff require a "hands on" evaluation, an MRA
(Merchandise Return Authorization) will be issued for the return of the
product to the factory. Any product under warranty will be repaired or
replaced, then return shipped to you. Our toll free telephone support
system is ongoing. It is your assurance any install or operational
problems will be resolved to your satisfaction in the
shortest period of time.
Any equipment returned without a valid MRA will be refused.
We value you as a client and we will work hard to earn your confidence and trust.

includes a full factory warranty. We sell no used or so called refurbished product
or old inventory items. This is your assurance of receiving the highest quality
state-of-the-art product every time.
It is the responsibilty of the BUYER to follow the computer system MINIMUM
requirements for each digital scanner as listed within this web site. A computer
system with less than the MINIMUM suggested requirements may cause the
capture unit to function improperly. A system with resources greater than
the MINIMUM is always suggested for optimum scanner performance.
